Poem Stellium is an online publication founded in 2021 with the intentions to support voices in creative writing, mental health and astrology. We pride ourselves in providing a platform for new voices to have their work showcased, dissolving barriers offering unlimited submissions internationally. We are proud to be able to provide a space that diminishes the challenges to be seen, appreciated and valued. Here we admire and applaud each and every individual that chooses to submit their work with us as we know how intimidating the process can be.  

Poem Stellium recognizes the power of words and its ability to heal and transform our way of thinking. Research shows that poetry, reading, writing and speaking can contribute towards bettering our mental health. We are always expanding and evolving to allow us to keep up with the ongoing changes that affect us all. We are committed and continuously on the lookout for talent that can benefit the audience allowing them to not only to be touched by the creatives words but be educated in some way.

Our Story

Poem Stellium came about through Jamiyla’s passion for astrology and the unique connection it brings to the world of poetry. A stellium is defined as a group of several planets in a single sign of the zodiac or a single house, and this collection of poems is a reflection of those celestial arrangements. Join me on a journey through the stars as we explore the intersection of astrology and poetry.

Poem Stellium was born out of my passion for astrology, trauma and the beauty of the written word. As a lover of both, Jamiyla decided to combine her interests and create a place where I could share my astro-poetic musings with the world!
